Welcome to the Terms of Service (ToS) for Paradym, online community, which is hosted on the domain Paradym.gg. By accessing or using our services, discord, servers or services you agree to be bound by these ToS, our Privacy Policy, and our Ruleset.
General Terms
- Paradym reserves the right to change, modify, or update these ToS at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes, modifications, or updates shall constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications, or updates.
- Paradym reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify our services, or any portion thereof, at any time without prior notice.
- Paradym is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.
- Paradym is not affiliated with Rockstar or any other entity associated with the Grand Theft Auto series.
Prohibited Conduct
- You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You may not harass, threaten, or intimidate other players on our server. This includes any behavior that violates our Ruleset, such as racism, sexism, or hateful prejudice.
- You may not exploit any bugs, glitches, or loopholes in our server. If you find any such issue, you must report it to our staff immediately.
- You may not claim ownership of any materials from GTA 5 or FiveM, as they belong to Rockstar.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to play on our server. Paradym is not responsible for any underage users accessing our services.
Refund Policy
- All purchases made through our Tebex store are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the purchase was made in error due to a technical issue with the store.
- Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a transaction made through our Tebex store may result in a permanent ban from our server and services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Paradym does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided through our services.
- Paradym does not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. While we take reasonable measures to prevent harmful components, we cannot guarantee that our services will be free from all potential risks.
- Paradym is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services.
Limitation of Liability
- Paradym shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.
- In no event shall Paradym’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the use of our services.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradym and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.
Governing Law
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California.
Entire Agreement
These ToS, our Privacy Policy, and our Ruleset constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradym with respect to your use of our services.
